Manufacturing Facilities And Set Up
We are fully equipped with modern manufacturing/processing
facilities with necessary testing equipments for a continuous
production of sterilized quality split pulses.
 Selection
of Raw Pulses: The best Bold Quality of selected raw pulses
are purchased from the Best Agro-belts in India and abroad
for processing into split pulses.
Filteration Plant: With the help of in-house modernized
filteration plants, all the impurities, dust particles, etc.,
are removed/filtered.
De-hydration: This processed is carried out through
the heating systems so that moisture contents are removed
and the grains are free from moisture contents.
Processing / Crushing: Through the high speed crushing
rollers, pulses are made to split for their respective sizes.
 Storing
& Oiling: After the crushing operation Pulses are
stored through the conveyor system in the hygienic tanks with
a small oiling touch.
De-husking: Again with the help of high speed rollers/crushers
de-husk operation is carried out for a final shape of the
product.
Heating / Drying: The
best taste of pulses achieved through Natural drying (Sunlight)
system. We care for the natural sunlight drying.
Finish Products and Quality: After splitting, grading
and sortex, final finish split pulses are graded into different
quality. We do not use any chemicals or colours for achieving
the required grade and quality.
We believe in the natural process as we care for the users
of our products and we give the taste and the quality through
our rich experience. We care since our products are for human
consumption.
Weighment: Extract and
accurate weighment is made for even a small gram of packet.
Packing: Packaging is made as per the requirements
of buyers from 0.5 kg., 1 kg., 2kg., To 50kg. P.P. bags, H.D.P.E.
bags and New Jute bags as per the requirements.
Brand & Marketing
We sell all the products in our Brand name. However, we also
make the quality and packing/marking as per the buyers brand
name and requirements.
Inventory & Storage
We maintain a large inventory so that we give our buyers a
very fast delivery. We have adequate storing space available
with in-house container stuffing facilities.
